Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule due to illness or an emergency, please let me know as far in advance as possible. We will work together to find a time to reschedule our session.   There will not be a cancellation fee for an illness or emergency if we reschedule. 

With the exceptions of emergencies or illness, there is a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.  If you cancel within the 24-hour period, there will be a fee equaling 50% of your session’s original cost.   


No-Show & Late Arrival

I will wait 20 minutes.  If you are not there within those 20 minutes and do not text or email me, it will be considered a “no-show,” and you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.

Please do your best to let me know ahead of time that you are running late and by how much.   My schedule is increasingly busy, so we will likely only meet within the originally scheduled time frame.  You will still be invoiced for the full session cost. 


How to Pay

After our session, I will send you an invoice.  This invoice will include the session date and cost.   Please pay the invoice within a week.  Please note that invoices come through QuickBooks, so be on the lookout for that email and/or check your spam folder.  

There are several ways you can pay for a session, including: 

  • Venmo

  • Check 

  • Bank Transfer

Each invoice will include instructions for paying by each method.

If I do not receive a payment within a week, I will send you a reminder email with a copy of the original invoice.   If you are struggling to pay the session amount, please let me know ASAP.  We can work something out!  If I do not receive a payment (and if we have not made any prior arrangements) before the date of our next session, our session will be canceled until payment is made. 

If payment is missed multiple times, I will require payment of the session fee before each session rather than after. 

Please let me know if you are having trouble paying the session fee.  I offer a few sliding scale sessions each month.   We can also work out a payment plan that works for you.
